      Bathroom Remodels

We find that when it comes to bathroom remodels you can go a few different ways. Here are three of the most common remodels:

      1. Master Bathroom just needs a face lift. This could mean repainting the cabinets, replacing the counter top or even redoing the shower.
      2. Should I keep my Jetted Tub or eliminate it.
      3. Completely start from Scratch.

Below are some great examples and more information on each of these remodels.

Keep the Jetted Tub or Remove It?

The second most common remodel for your bathroom is the question should I keep the Tub or Remove it. Here are some things you should know about your existing Jetted Tub.

        1. It does not hurt the value of your home to completely remove the tub from the master bathroom. As long as you have one bathtub in your home it will not hurt the value of it.
        2. Jetted Tubs have its own dedicated circuit, if you remove the Jetted Tub you can use that dedicated circuit to put in heated floors and save the labor costs of having to run that dedicated circuit.
        3. Soaker tubs have changed significantly the best soaker tub is a all in one unit it is double insulated and holds the heat. The second type are designed in two pieces an outer shell and the inner tub. This type will be less expensive but still gives the double insulated benefits.
